Franz Augstburger is the managing director of Ecotop Suisse. He specialised in ecological agriculture and sustainable development in the tropics. His leadership roles extend to being the Chairman at IMOcert Latinoamerica. Previously, he contributed to the Institute for Market Ecology and Bio Stiftung Schweiz. Alumni of ETH Zürich and Landwirtschaftliche Schule Sissach, Franz also dedicated time to community service as the President of Gemeindeverein Herrliberg. His core skills lie in quality assurance and championing rural development.
