Nature and Development Foundation (NDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to balancing environmental conservation with sustainable development. Established in 2013 in Ghana, NDF builds on years of conservation efforts in West Africa, working closely with governments, communities, and private sector partners to promote responsible land use and forest management.

With a strong commitment to biodiversity protection and sustainable resource management, NDF focuses on preventing deforestation, improving legal timber trade practices, and supporting community-led conservation initiatives. Through education and capacity-building programs, the foundation empowers local communities to adopt environmentally responsible practices that enhance both livelihoods and ecosystems.

NDF and Ecotop collaborate to integrate dynamic agroforestry systems into conservation projects. This partnership promotes sustainable land use by restoring degraded landscapes, improving soil health, and fostering biodiversity while strengthening the resilience of local farming communities.
