Horacio is an environmental scientist and sustainable development specialist with a PhD in Geography focused on food systems and sustainable development from the University of Bern, and an MSc in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zürich. Based in Cochabamba, Bolivia, he currently leads Innovation and Development at IMOCert and brings expertise in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and environmental certification to the ECOTOP Foundation Board.
