Jägermeister

Mast-Jägermeister SE is the family-owned German company behind the Jägermeister herbal liqueur, based in Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony. ECOTOP advises Jägermeister on agroforestry in the regions its raw materials come from, across the tropics. In Ghana, together with FiBL and the orange grower Bothapraku, DAF islands of trees, bananas and biomass plants are planted into existing orange orchards, and farm workers and technical staff are trained in pruning and biomass management. In Vietnam the work is with star anise.
