Compte tenu de l\u2019importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la performance environnementale et \u00e0 la fourniture de services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques li\u00e9s aux sols, l\u2019agriculture biologique et les syst\u00e8mes agroforestiers sont propos\u00e9s comme alternatives \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture conventionnelle de type monoculture. Les processus p\u00e9dologiques \u00e0 l\u2019origine des services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques sont fortement influenc\u00e9s par les micro-organismes ; par cons\u00e9quent, une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du microbiome du sol est essentielle au d\u00e9veloppement de pratiques agricoles durables. Nous avons donc mesur\u00e9 et mis en relation les indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 des sols avec les structures des communaut\u00e9s bact\u00e9riennes et fongiques dans cinq syst\u00e8mes de production de cacao, g\u00e9r\u00e9s soit de mani\u00e8re biologique, soit de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle pendant 12 ans, pr\u00e9sentant une diversit\u00e9 de cultures variable, allant de la monoculture \u00e0 l\u2019agroforesterie. De plus, un syst\u00e8me agroforestier en succession a \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus, qui utilise exclusivement des r\u00e9sidus d\u2019\u00e9lagage sur place comme apports au sol. La gestion biologique a augment\u00e9 les teneurs en carbone organique, en azote et en carbone labile du sol par rapport \u00e0 la gestion conventionnelle. Les taux de respiration basale du sol et de min\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019azote \u00e9taient les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le syst\u00e8me agroforestier de succession. Sur l\u2019ensemble des sites d\u2019\u00e9tude, la richesse fongique d\u00e9passait la richesse bact\u00e9rienne et la composition de la communaut\u00e9 fongique \u00e9tait distincte entre la gestion biologique et la gestion conventionnelle, ainsi qu\u2019entre l\u2019agroforesterie et la monoculture. La composition de la communaut\u00e9 bact\u00e9rienne diff\u00e9rait principalement entre la gestion biologique et la gestion conventionnelle. Les esp\u00e8ces indicatrices associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion biologique pr\u00e9sentaient une plus grande diversit\u00e9 taxonomique que les taxons associ\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes g\u00e9r\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re conventionnelle.
