Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1999, l'organisation regroupe 18 associations locales de producteurs de cacao, dans le but d'am\u00e9liorer les revenus des agriculteurs, de promouvoir des pratiques agricoles durables et de garantir une production de cacao de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>UNOCACE s'engage \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de cacao \"Cacao Nacional Arriba\" de l'\u00c9quateur, qui est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour son ar\u00f4me floral et fruit\u00e9 unique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formation, \u00e0 l'assistance technique et \u00e0 l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des march\u00e9s de premier ordre, la coop\u00e9rative permet aux agriculteurs d'adopter des m\u00e9thodes de culture durable et biologique du cacao, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la r\u00e9silience environnementale et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec Ecotop, UNOCACE int\u00e8gre des syst\u00e8mes d'agroforesterie dynamique (DAF) dans les exploitations de cacao.
