ECOTOP collabore avec les agriculteurs \u00e0 la fois pour mettre en place de nouvelles cultures agroforesti\u00e8res de noix de cajou et pour transformer les plantations vieillissantes en \u00ab agroforesterie dynamique \u00bb \u2014 des syst\u00e8mes denses et \u00e0 plusieurs strates qui r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8rent les sols et am\u00e9liorent la productivit\u00e9 des noix de cajou.<\/p>\r\n      <p>Dans la r\u00e9gion de Bobo-Dioulasso au Burkina Faso, \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re du Sahel, nous avons transform\u00e9 482 plantations non productives (\u00e2g\u00e9es de 15 \u00e0 30 ans) en DAF : 16 esp\u00e8ces d'arbres plant\u00e9es aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de plus de 20 esp\u00e8ces se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rant naturellement, en association avec des cultures vivri\u00e8res, ainsi que de vieux anacardiers rajeunis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une taille de biomasse intensive qui sert de paillis au sol.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n  <section class=\"cp-stats\">\r\n    <div class=\"cp-stat\"><div class=\"cp-stat-n\">+67%<\/div><div class=\"cp-stat-l\">augmentation moyenne du rendement en noix de cajou par rapport \u00e0 la culture conventionnelle (parcelles appari\u00e9es sous contr\u00f4le)<\/div><\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"cp-stat\"><div class=\"cp-stat-n\">+94%<\/div><div class=\"cp-stat-l\">augmentation du rendement d'ici la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e suivant la conversion (2024)<\/div><\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"cp-stat\"><div class=\"cp-stat-n\">95%+<\/div><div class=\"cp-stat-l\">dans les parcelles DAF : les anacardiers sont en meilleure sant\u00e9 que ceux des parcelles conventionnelles, et aucun n'est malade<\/div><\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"cp-stat\"><div class=\"cp-stat-n\">482 parcelles<\/div><div class=\"cp-stat-l\">120,5 ha r\u00e9partis sur 11 villages ; plus de 1 800 agriculteurs form\u00e9s<\/div><\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n  <section class=\"cp-block cp-process\">\r\n    <h2 class=\"cp-h2\">Notre fa\u00e7on de travailler avec vous<\/h2>\r\n    <p class=\"cp-process-intro\">Un programme sur mesure \u00e9labor\u00e9 avec vous \u2014 de l'\u00e9valuation initiale \u00e0 la transformation du paysage \u2014 visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s locales n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 sa mise en \u0153uvre et \u00e0 son d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"cp-pans\"><div class=\"cp-pan\"><div class=\"cp-pan-num\">1<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-body\"><div class=\"cp-pan-verb\">\u00c9valuer<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-title\">Mission d'\u00e9valuation<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-text\">Nous \u00e9valuons vos plantations, vos sols et votre climat, et organisons un atelier d'initiation \u00e0 l'agroforesterie dynamique.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cp-pan\"><div class=\"cp-pan-num\">2<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-body\"><div class=\"cp-pan-verb\">Mettre en place<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-title\">Cr\u00e9er ou convertir<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-text\">Nous concevons ou r\u00e9am\u00e9nageons des parcelles de cajou, en y associant divers arbres et cultures vivri\u00e8res, et nous rajeunissons les arbres vieillissants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la taille.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cp-pan\"><div class=\"cp-pan-num\">3<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-body\"><div class=\"cp-pan-verb\">Autonomiser<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-title\">Renforcement des capacit\u00e9s locales<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-text\">Nous formons et \u00e9quipons vos \u00e9quipes techniques, vos \u00e9quipes de maintenance et vos agriculteurs r\u00e9f\u00e9rents afin qu'ils puissent eux-m\u00eames g\u00e9rer, adapter et d\u00e9velopper l'ensemble du syst\u00e8me d'agroforesterie dynamique.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cp-pan\"><div class=\"cp-pan-num\">4<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-body\"><div class=\"cp-pan-verb\">\u00c9chelle<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-title\">Transformation du paysage<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-text\">Les p\u00e9pini\u00e8res coop\u00e9ratives et les agriculteurs pionniers d\u00e9veloppent cette initiative de village en village, redynamisant ainsi la culture de la noix de cajou \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cp-pan\"><div class=\"cp-pan-num\">5<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-body\"><div class=\"cp-pan-verb\">Moniteur<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-title\">Suivi et rapports<\/div><div class=\"cp-pan-text\">En option, nous surveillons les parcelles \u00e0 l'aide du DAF Tracker (d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec FarmTree) afin d'obtenir des donn\u00e9es transparentes et comparables.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n  <section class=\"cp-media cp-media-rev\">\r\n    <div class=\"cp-media-text\">\r\n      <h2>Efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e dans les anciennes plantations peu productives<\/h2>\r\n      <p>L'\u00e9tude s'est concentr\u00e9e sur des anacardiers \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 30 ans et dont la production \u00e9tait quasi nulle. Plut\u00f4t que de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un replantage, l'agroforesterie dynamique rajeunit les arbres existants et reconstruit un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me autour d'eux.<\/p>\r\n      <p>Sur 14 parcelles appari\u00e9es et contr\u00f4l\u00e9es, les rendements DAF sont pass\u00e9s de 383 \u00e0 654 kg\/ha entre 2022 et 2024, tandis que ceux des parcelles conventionnelles n\u2019ont pratiquement pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 (de 266 \u00e0 337 kg\/ha) \u2014 soit une augmentation moyenne de +67%, et de +94% d\u00e8s la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Cette tendance s\u2019est confirm\u00e9e sur 482 parcelles d\u2019agriculteurs, avec une augmentation moyenne de +29%.
