Creada en 1999, la organizaci\u00f3n re\u00fane a 18 asociaciones locales de productores de cacao con el objetivo de mejorar los ingresos de los agricultores, promover pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas sostenibles y garantizar una producci\u00f3n de cacao de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>UNOCACE se ha comprometido a preservar la variedad \"Cacao Nacional Arriba\" de Ecuador, famosa por su aroma floral y afrutado \u00fanico. A trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n, la asistencia t\u00e9cnica y el acceso a mercados de primera calidad, la cooperativa ayuda a los agricultores a adoptar m\u00e9todos de cultivo de cacao sostenibles y org\u00e1nicos, mejorando as\u00ed su resiliencia medioambiental y econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>En colaboraci\u00f3n con Ecotop, UNOCACE integra sistemas de Agroforester\u00eda Din\u00e1mica (DAF) en las explotaciones de cacao.
