Luis serves as Project Coordinator. He lectured at the Technical University of Bolivia, teaching Botany, Resource Management, and Statistics. Previously, Luis was also a consultant at SysCom Sara Ana. He has published a number of papers on various topics related to his field. Luis holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and a diploma in teaching mathematics at the higher education level.
