Luis is an experienced financial and administrative leader with over 20 years in sectors such as education, commerce, services, and agribusiness. He has held key positions at the Universidad Católica Boliviana and the National Chamber of Commerce, and co-founded Bolivia’s first gift card platform. With a background in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Management, Luis brings strategic vision, innovation, and a strong focus on operational efficiency.
