Aufgrund der Fokussierung auf Umweltleistung und die Bereitstellung von \u00d6kosystemleistungen des Bodens werden \u00f6kologischer Landbau und Agroforstsysteme als Alternativen zur konventionellen Monokultur vorgeschlagen. Die Bodenprozesse, die den \u00d6kosystemleistungen zugrunde liegen, werden stark von Mikroorganismen beeinflusst; daher ist ein besseres Verst\u00e4ndnis des Bodenmikrobioms entscheidend f\u00fcr die Entwicklung nachhaltiger landwirtschaftlicher Praktiken. Daher haben wir Bodenqualit\u00e4tsindikatoren gemessen und mit den Strukturen der Bakterien- und Pilzgemeinschaften in f\u00fcnf Kakaoanbausystemen in Beziehung gesetzt, die seit 12 Jahren entweder \u00f6kologisch oder konventionell bewirtschaftet wurden und eine unterschiedliche Anbaudiversit\u00e4t aufwiesen \u2013 von Monokultur bis hin zur Agroforstwirtschaft. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde ein sukzessives Agroforstsystem einbezogen, das ausschlie\u00dflich vor Ort anfallende Schnittabf\u00e4lle als Bodenzus\u00e4tze nutzt. Die \u00f6kologische Bewirtschaftung f\u00fchrte im Vergleich zur konventionellen Bewirtschaftung zu einem Anstieg des Gehalts an organischem Kohlenstoff, Stickstoff und labilem Kohlenstoff im Boden. Die Bodenbasalatmung und die Stickstoffmineralisierungsraten waren im Sukzessions-Agroforstsystem am h\u00f6chsten. \u00dcber alle Versuchsstandorte hinweg war die Pilzartenvielfalt gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die Bakterienartenvielfalt, und die Zusammensetzung der Pilzgemeinschaften unterschied sich deutlich zwischen \u00f6kologischer und konventioneller Bewirtschaftung sowie zwischen Agroforstsystem und Monokultur. Die Zusammensetzung der Bakteriengemeinschaft unterschied sich haupts\u00e4chlich zwischen \u00f6kologischer und konventioneller Bewirtschaftung. Indikatorarten, die mit der \u00f6kologischen Bewirtschaftung assoziiert waren, wiesen im Vergleich zu Taxa aus konventionell bewirtschafteten Systemen eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere taxonomische Vielfalt auf.
