UNOCACE (Uni\u00f3n de Organizaciones Campesinas Cacaoteras del Ecuador) ist eine zweitrangige Genossenschaft, die die kleinen Kakaoerzeuger in Ecuador vertritt. Die 1999 gegr\u00fcndete Organisation vereint 18 lokale Kakaoerzeugerverb\u00e4nde mit dem Ziel, die Einkommen der Bauern zu verbessern, nachhaltige landwirtschaftliche Praktiken zu f\u00f6rdern und eine qualitativ hochwertige Kakaoproduktion sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n

UNOCACE setzt sich f\u00fcr den Erhalt der ecuadorianischen Edelkakaosorte \"Cacao Nacional Arriba\" ein, die f\u00fcr ihr einzigartiges blumiges und fruchtiges Aroma bekannt ist. Durch Schulungen, technische Unterst\u00fctzung und den Zugang zu Premium-M\u00e4rkten bef\u00e4higt die Kooperative die Bauern, nachhaltige und \u00f6kologische Anbaumethoden f\u00fcr den Kakao anzunehmen und so sowohl die \u00f6kologische als auch die wirtschaftliche Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

In Zusammenarbeit mit Ecotop integriert UNOCACE dynamische Agroforstsysteme (DAF) in Kakaofarmen. Diese Partnerschaft f\u00f6rdert die Artenvielfalt, verbessert die Bodenfruchtbarkeit und steigert die Kakaoertr\u00e4ge, um eine nachhaltigere und rentablere Zukunft f\u00fcr die Kakao-Kleinbauern in Ecuador zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
